Very professional roof restoration, gutter clean & repaint on a roof 23+ yrs old & never cleaned... overhanging trees branches had formed an accumulated growth of moss about 25 mm thick (amazing what came out) ..Cyrana was very diligent, friendly & great people person... did fantastic job. Few neighbours were very impressed & asked for number... I actually got number from neighbour next door, who had roof redone couple of years ago... his place looks great & he was very happy with the results... I probably booked Space Clean in to do the job on his recommendation (& visible results) ; but can now personally recommend (& have already). Process from estimates, to the official quote and arranging the actual repairs were flawless and well exceeded the quality of other Gold Coast companies I reached out to before finding Clean Space Co. An added complexity could have been Body Corporate and Committee who needed to approve works and complete payment, but even with another level of communication Courtney and team excelled. Works were completed yesterday and look great. Thank you!
