I had been turned down, or gaslighted by a few other roof repair companies for more than a month until I found Aaron. Aaron and Courtney are super approachable, professional and efficient. Aaron is busy but he always returns back to calls. He really keeps his words. When he knew my property need urgent repair, he squeezed some time out of his schedule to do my roof sooner. Along the progress, both Aaron and Courtney explained to me step by step about the scope of repair, and kept updating me the schedule- from the quote, to cleaning the roof, to the repair and then installation of 2 whirlybirds, everything are transparent, no hidden cost, all supported with photos.
